Corr Commercial Real Estate, Inc. is a Lansing-based commercial real estate brokerage and management firm specializing in retail, office, and mixed-use properties. The company serves as the operating and management arm for Frandorson Properties, a family-owned real estate holding company that oversees a significant portfolio across the Greater Lansing area.
Together, Corr Commercial and Frandorson Properties Limited Partnership form a unified structure that combines long-term ownership stability with professional, hands-on management. Under the guidance of the Corr family, this partnership ensures that every property — from landmark retail centers like Frandor Shopping Center to neighborhood commercial sites — is maintained, leased, and developed with integrity, community focus, and lasting value in mind.

Patrick F. Corr
President
Associate Broker
Patrick F. Corr has been actively engaged in acquisitions, management, development and construction of commercial real estate since 1995. He is the President of Corr Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Patrick has been a licensed real estate agent since 1995 and a licensed real estate broker, in the State of Michigan, since 1997. Prior to Corr Commercial Real Estate, Patrick managed over 1,500,000 square feet of office, industrial and retail commercial property while at CBRE-Martin, in East Lansing, MI. Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Davenport University in 1992. Currently, Patrick is the Property Manager of the retail assets of Frandorson Properties.
Michael J. Corr

Michael J. Corr first joined Corr Commercial Real Estate in June of 1997 and was primarily involved in property management. He subsequently received his Michigan real estate agent license in 1998 and his real estate broker license in 2001. Michael focused his activities in tenant representation and real estate brokerage services as well as property management, up until 2013. At that time, he became Vice President of Corr Commercial Real Estate, Inc. Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Davenport University in 2000 while concurrently studying at St. Anne’s College of Oxford University in England. Michael is also involved in the property management of all of Frandorson Properties’ assets.
Deb Bolek
Comptroller
Deb Bolek has been a key part of Corr Commercial’s financial operations for over 14 years. As Corporate Comptroller, with an accounting career that spans more than four decades, Deb offers unmatched experience, accuracy, and dedication to the Corr Commercial team. She is also a certified Notary Public.
When she’s not working on numbers, Deb is often cheering from the sidelines at her grandsons’ sports events or volunteering at their school functions. A proud grandmother and family enthusiast, she also enjoys visiting loved ones in sunny Florida whenever she gets the chance.
Dave Sage
Maintenance Supervisor
Dave Sage oversees all aspects of building care across Corr Commercial’s managed portfolio, ensuring each property runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Known for his responsiveness and attention to detail, Dave coordinates maintenance crews, vendors, and capital improvement projects with precision and professionalism. His proactive approach helps prevent issues before they arise and keeps tenants’ needs at the forefront. Dave takes great pride in upholding the company’s commitment to quality and service throughout the Greater Lansing area.

Frandor Agreement Signed
The original purchase agreement for Frandor was drawn up on a single notebook sheet of paper between Francis J. Corr and Robert Le Moyne on this date.
1954
Frandor Shopping Center is Built
Francis Joseph Corr built Frandor Shopping Center-one of the first shopping centers in the state of Michigan.
April, 1998
Frandor Gets a Refresh
Needing to reconfigure and update the shopping center to meet the standards expected by today’s retailers. Beginning in April 1998, renovations started and redesigning some of our existing stores, as well as expanding and increasing the square footage of the center.
